Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand client base in Florida and Pennsylvania
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Track sales activities and pipeline using CRM systems while meeting/exceeding monthly/quarterly quotas
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify market trends and refine sales strategies
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven outside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales cycles and consultative selling methodologies
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools
- Ability to travel 40-50% of time throughout Florida and Pennsylvania territories
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
