Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise clients in Boston, MA and Florida markets
- Prospect, qualify, and close high-value deals through in-person meetings and digital outreach
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives and procurement teams
- Analyze market trends to identify new revenue opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct outside sales experience with demonstrated quota achievement
- Proven track record in enterprise sales (minimum $500k+ deal sizes)
- Strong network within Boston or Florida business communities preferred
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 40% of the time
