Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models and deep neural networks.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Optimize existing algorithms for speed and scalability on large datasets.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis to validate model efficacy.
- Define and implement best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model monitoring.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends to recommend innovative technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (3+ years of experience).
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Strong experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
