Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for production environments.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms in deep learning and generative AI.
- Collaborate with data scientists to optimize model performance and reduce latency.
- Oversee the MLOps lifecycle, including model versioning, monitoring, and retraining strategies.
- Drive technical decision-making regarding architecture and technology stack selection.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical culture of the organization.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact ML models in production.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
