Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Utilize various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn) to identify and engage with qualified prospects in the target market.
- Lead Qualification: Assess potential leads to determine their needs, budget, and timeline, effectively qualifying them for the sales funnel.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demos and presentations to demonstrate value and address client pain points.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and successfully close new business deals over the phone and via video conference.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, tracking all interactions and pipeline stages.
- Client Retention: Build strong relationships with new clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management regarding pipeline health and activity metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a "hunter" mentality.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive preferred).
- Goal-Oriented: Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the marketing and support teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent sales experience.
