Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads using BANT methodology and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Develop customized sales presentations tailored to prospect needs
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through strategic account management
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in CRM with 95%+ compliance
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in sales enablement tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
