Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable Generative AI pipelines and large-scale LLM deployments using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Model Optimization: Engineer techniques to reduce inference latency and improve token generation speed for real-time applications.
- Autonomous Agents: Lead the development of autonomous AI agents capable of complex decision-making and multi-step reasoning.
- MLOps Integration: Establish robust CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems to ensure model reliability and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI: Implement safety guardrails and bias mitigation strategies to ensure responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with specific expertise in NLP and LLMs.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
