Responsibilities
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the design, training, and fine-tuning of large-scale Generative AI models (LLMs) using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Optimization & Performance: Engineer high-performance inference pipelines to ensure latency and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- RAG & Vector Search: Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to enhance model accuracy and context awareness.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest advancements in AI research and implement cutting-edge methodologies.
- Ethical AI: Implement safety guardrails and bias mitigation strategies to ensure responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 3 years specifically focused on Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL. Deep experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and vector databases.
- Model Architecture: Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and neural network optimization.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to debug complex distributed systems and scale models to millions of users.
