Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion, Transformers) to achieve high accuracy and coherence.
- Agentic Systems: Develop autonomous agent frameworks capable of complex reasoning, tool use, and multi-step planning.
- Optimization: Implement efficient inference pipelines and optimization techniques (Quantization, Pruning, Distillation) to deploy models on edge and cloud environments.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest research findings into production code.
- Responsible AI: Implement guardrails, safety filters, and bias mitigation strategies to ensure ethical AI deployment.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Generative AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of NLP and LLM architecture.
- Framework Mastery: Experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize training throughput.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder updates.
