Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and diffusion models for high-impact applications.
- Research: Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model efficiency, reduce hallucinations, and enhance reasoning capabilities.
- Optimization: Optimize model inference speed and latency using techniques like quantization, pruning, and distillation.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate technical research into robust, production-ready features.
- Deployment: Implement CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment and monitor model performance in real-world environments.
- Documentation: Publish technical white papers and contribute to open-source communities to establish thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain is highly desirable.
- Mathematics: Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Tools: Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and distributed training frameworks.
