Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise-scale generative applications.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI models, from research and prototyping to production deployment and monitoring.
- Design novel neural network architectures to improve inference speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and ethicists to align AI capabilities with business goals.
- Establish best practices for model governance, data privacy, and safety protocols within the AI infrastructure.
- Publish cutting-edge research and contribute to the open-source community to drive industry innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Generative AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models with high availability and performance.
- Strong understanding of machine learning engineering, MLOps, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering strategies.
