Responsibilities
- Develop and lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ technology horizons
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
- Curate and facilitate cross-disciplinary innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across organizational functions
- Represent the company at leading futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build a dedicated foresight practice
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience building and managing global foresight networks
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend analysis projects
