Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future-proofing principles into product development lifecycles
- Establish horizon scanning protocols to identify paradigm-shifting technologies before market adoption
- Develop quantitative and qualitative models to assess future market opportunities and risks
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term technology foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
- Experience facilitating executive-level strategic planning sessions with C-suite executives
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications or industry journals
