Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with global market trends
- Lead quantum computing and sustainable AI integration initiatives across enterprise systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (biotech, nanotech, climate tech)
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Build partnerships with MIT, NASA, and other forward-thinking institutions
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech
- Proven track record in quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech implementation
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
