Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to forecast market shifts through 2026+
- Develop strategic frameworks for long-term innovation and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios and action plans
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings for C-level decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive business models and investment opportunities
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and industry symposiums
- Mentor junior strategists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights into actionable plans
- Experience working in fast-paced tech or Fortune 500 environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
