- Design strategic frameworks for technology adoption and digital transformation initiatives
- Present futuristic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author white papers and thought leadership content positioning our company as a tech visionary
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in futurist or foresight roles
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and their socioeconomic implications
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS, CFS) required
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
