Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Facilitate innovation workshops with stakeholders to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership content and present strategic recommendations to investors and partners
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion ethical innovation practices while navigating complex technological disruption landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or policy shifts
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis methodologies, and systems thinking
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology) preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) strongly desired
