Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technological, social, and economic signals into coherent narratives
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations that illuminate future market landscapes
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in AI, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Drive innovation incubation programs focused on 2026-ready business models
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends or disruption scenarios
- Experience with strategic planning tools (SWOT, PESTLE, Delphi method)
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFrA preferred)
