Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap for Horizon Labs
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, economic, and social domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing initiatives
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technologies and societal impact
- Oversee the implementation of innovation sprints and future-proofing programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic visions
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy
- Strong network within innovation ecosystems and research communities
