- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future-focused topics
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify market potential and risk factors for emerging technologies and business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Published author or recognized speaker on future trends (TEDx, WEF, etc.)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning methodologies, and trend mapping
- Proficiency with foresight tools like Delphi method, cross-impact matrices, and horizon scanning
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-focused strategy implementations
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and exponential technologies
