Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience with 10+ years in strategic foresight
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Proven track record scaling innovation initiatives across multinational enterprises
- Mastery of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling platforms
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance and responsible innovation frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills to executive audiences with 100+ stakeholder engagements
- Fluency in futures methodologies (e.g., STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
