Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI governance, climate tech, neurotech) and forecast their 2026 business impacts
- Develop scenario-planning models for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into strategic roadmaps
- Produce executive-grade trend reports with quantitative and qualitative frameworks
- Build proprietary forecasting algorithms using Python and predictive analytics
- Advose C-suite executives on future-proofing organizational structures
- Represent the firm at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Python/R for modeling
- Demonstrated track record of publishing industry-recognized trend forecasts
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to executive audiences
