Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps and business opportunities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, innovation labs, and thought leadership networks
- Design and implement organizational foresight capabilities including early-warning systems and innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global forums on future trends and emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional executive communication and storytelling abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications
- Experience building and leading foresight teams in Fortune 500 environments
