- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Integrate futures thinking into product development and corporate strategy
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Planning, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term strategic plans with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with AI, biotech, or climate tech futures preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
