Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Build partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and similar innovation hubs
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with predictive analytics
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Experience with Delphi method, cross-impact analysis, and trend extrapolation
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
