Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Build and mentor a team of futurists while establishing industry thought leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for real-world deployment
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic factors affecting long-term technology adoption
- Establish KPIs to track progress against 2026 strategic milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology forecasting, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional presentation and executive communication abilities
