Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the 2026 Innovation Roadmap aligned with organizational objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios
- Produce high-impact strategic briefs and executive presentations on disruptive opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions for market validation
- Monitor global regulatory shifts and geopolitical implications for emerging technologies
- Represent company at industry forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and systemic change methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in scenario planning or strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience scaling tech products in regulated industries (healthcare/finance preferred)
- Strong network with academic, government, and private sector innovation leaders
