Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic frameworks for quantum computing adoption and ethical AI implementation
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate futurist insights into product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption readiness and future-proofing initiatives
- Represent the company at global tech foresight forums and industry consortiums
- Build and mentor a cross-disciplinary futurist research team
- Produce scenario planning models for climate-resilient infrastructure and biotech convergence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies or futures methodology
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech ecosystems
- Strong stakeholder management across technical, business, and academic domains
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-focused innovation roadmaps
