- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, social shifts, and market disruptors through 2026
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Conduct high-impact workshops with executive teams to align organizational vision with future opportunities
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership publications that shape industry discourse on long-term trends
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping solutions for future-proof business models
- Build and maintain relationships with leading research institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Present strategic insights at global forums and client summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with demonstrable impact on organizational strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Economics, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, Scenario Planning) and quantitative forecasting models
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
