Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex data into actionable strategies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation roadmaps with long-term market evolution
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and competitive threats
- Mentor junior strategists in futurism methodologies and strategic thinking
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CSF, CFIP) preferred
