Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, society, and markets to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders and drive organizational alignment
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and technological disruptions to refine strategic foresight models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and quantitative forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or strategic foresight projects
