- Author thought leadership publications on future socioeconomic implications
- Design innovation roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into core offerings
- Mentor junior futurists and establish organizational foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed trend analysis or whitepapers
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) preferred
