Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative modeling and qualitative scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate future insights into executable roadmaps
- Produce quarterly Horizon Reports on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces)
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and national innovation agencies
- Design and implement organizational resilience protocols for systemic disruption scenarios
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Academy program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record in developing enterprise-level strategic foresight methodologies
- Expertise in STEEP-VL analysis and Delphi technique implementation
- Published research in peer-reviewed futurist journals (e.g., 'Futures' or 'Technological Forecasting')
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Professional certification from Association of Professional Futurists (APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future strategy implementations
