Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for AI governance, climate resilience, and human augmentation
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports published in top-tier journals (MIT Tech Review, Nature Futures)
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops with global stakeholders
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive modeling and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Track record influencing multi-billion dollar investment decisions
