Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and global megatrends to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and predictive models for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on future trends and disruptive innovations
- Adv executive stakeholders on strategic implications of emerging developments
- Build and maintain a network of industry futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Manage horizon scanning processes using proprietary AI-driven trend analysis tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in trend analysis, technology forecasting, and behavioral pattern recognition
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, horizon scanning)
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
- Strong network of relationships with innovation labs, research institutions, and industry think tanks
