Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 innovation roadmap using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce strategic foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends (e.g., books, whitepapers)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills
- Certification in foresight or innovation management preferred
