Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological, economic, and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizations to adapt to disruptive innovations
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote presentations)
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry experts
- Integrate future insights into product development and go-to-market strategies
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging methodologies and foresight tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Foresight, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
