- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Publish white papers on disruptive technology impacts and ethical implications
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and trend synthesis methodologies
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify emerging investment opportunities
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate futurism with exponential technology focus
- Proven track record publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals or industry reports
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
