Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future scenario models for 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Design strategic frameworks for C-suite executives on exponential technology adoption
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports with 95%+ predictive accuracy benchmarks
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 partners on future-proofing strategies
- Establish patent portfolios for emerging innovation vectors with $500M+ commercial potential
- Represent Horizon Labs at Davos, TED, and global futures forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of accurately forecasting technological disruption (showcase portfolio required)
- Mastery of Delphi methods, causal layered analysis, and cross-impact matrix methodologies
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures or technology journals
- Expertise in at least three exponential technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Experience advising C-suite on strategic pivots during paradigm shifts
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and trend visualization
- Fluency in futures-specific frameworks (e.g., STEEP-LE, Three Horizons)
