Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging tech domains
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive stakeholders
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies
- Partner with R&D to validate future-proof innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurism and tech policy forums
- Mentor junior strategists and build future-focused capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling frameworks
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) highly desirable
