- Develop and publish annual Future Impact Reports with strategic recommendations
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for executive teams and key stakeholders
- Create scenario-planning frameworks for high-uncertainty market environments
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-oriented products and services
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against strategic goals
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-strategy implementation outcomes
