Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead workshops with Fortune 500 clients on disruptive innovation opportunities
- Produce quarterly trend reports with actionable recommendations for product development
- Mentor a team of futurists while establishing thought leadership at industry conferences
- Integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) into enterprise strategies
- Build patent portfolios for breakthrough concepts with our legal innovation team
- Present strategic foresight to investors and board members with data-backed narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (3+ successful launches)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and securing buy-in for visionary initiatives
- Strong network of futurists, technologists, and venture capitalists
- Proficient in trend visualization tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Trendalyzer)
