Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise resilience in volatile futures
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps
- Produce visionary white papers and executive briefings on emerging paradigms
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor junior futurists and establish foresight methodologies across departments
- Monitor geopolitical and societal shifts impacting technological adoption curves
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, R&D, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Studies or similar preferred
