Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year future scenarios
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or major industry publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS, CSSP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
