- Develop and lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and market positioning documents
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring strategic initiatives' impact on 2026 market positioning
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles with demonstrable 2026+ impact
- Expertise in trend analysis using tools like Gartner Hype Cycle or Delphi Methodology
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
