Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to identify opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for market evolution and competitive positioning
- Lead workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce thought leadership reports and presentations for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prioritize emerging technologies for portfolio development
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting future business landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data literacy with experience in AI-driven forecasting tools
- Exceptional communication skills for complex concept translation
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications
- Experience with cross-industry trend analysis (tech, healthcare, energy sectors)
