Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop strategic frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term organizational resilience
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align corporate vision with emerging opportunities
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on disruptive innovations and their market impact
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies and roadmaps
- Champion innovation culture through workshops and future-state envisioning sessions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused planning
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or relevant innovation methodology
