- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, energy, and finance sectors
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with executive leadership teams
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on disruptive future trends
- Manage a portfolio of moonshot projects with $5M+ annual budgets
- Build and lead a cross-functional team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies and exponential growth frameworks
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals or major industry publications
- Experience leading high-impact innovation teams in tech-driven environments
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, environmental, and economic megatrends
