Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead executive workshops on emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) and societal impacts
- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product development lifecycles
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Advise C-suite executives on disruption risks and opportunity pathways
- Author thought leadership content for industry conferences and publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences and large forums
- Publication record in futurism or technology strategy (articles, books, reports)
- Experience with AI ethics frameworks and sustainable innovation principles
