Responsibilities
- Lead foresight initiatives to map emerging technology trends through 2026 and beyond
- Develop strategic frameworks for exponential technology adoption across industries
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future scenarios into business strategy
- Produce high-impact research publications and thought leadership content
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future outlooks to investors, policymakers, and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into executable strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences (technical to C-suite)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Experience leading global research teams and stakeholder engagement
